Load patterns, adductor and hip flexor injury prevention, and screening protocols developed through MLS match-day and training-room coverage.

Arthroscopic and endoscopic surgical technique

Published video techniques for endoscopic abductor repair, ASIS avulsion fixation, and arthroscopic irrigation and debridement of the septic hip.

Return to sport after hip arthroscopy

Criteria-based testing protocols co-developed with rehabilitation staff to guide safe, measurable return to play.

Joint preservation versus arthroplasty in young adults

Decision-making for borderline dysplasia, version abnormalities and early chondral wear, preserving the native hip for as long as it can perform.
